Please read these Terms & Conditions and Edtedp.com Privacy Policy prior to activating your account with Edtedp.com.

These Terms & Conditions governs your use of Edtedp.com services. By using Edtedp.com you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Condition, you should not create an account with Edtedp.com. You must be eighteen (18) years or older to use Edtedp.com services.

Edtedp.com may change these Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy at any time, without notification. Changes and their effective date will be posted on Edtedp.com. It is the customer responsibility to check for these changes periodically. Your continued use of Edtedp.com services after the effective date of any such change constitutes your acceptance of all the changes.

Edtedp.com is an entirely independent and separate entity from the manufacturers and/or brand owners of the designer and niche fragrances that we offer. Edtedp.com affirms that the contents are authentic product individually rebottled and repackaged by Edtedp.com, Miami, FL, USA. Edtedp.com is not associated in any way with the designer, designer’s manufacturer, or the brand. We do not have a contract or any agreement authorizing us to rebottle or repackage the fragrance from the brand or manufacturers.

Cancellation Policy: If the order has not been shipped out, we can cancel the order. If the order has already been shipped at the time of your cancellation request, we will not be able to cancel the order. If the cancellation request was issued before the shipping date & time, we will accept the return of the unopened/original package. The cost to return an order that was cancelled will be the customers responsibility. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returns. For cancellation requests, please email: [email protected]

Exchanges & Returns: We do not accept exchanges or returns; all sales are final. We guarantee all goods are genuine and authentic when we ship them out, however we cannot guarantee any returned goods.

Customer Responsibility: Customers may only purchase products from Edtedp.com with knowledge that all products are used at the customers own discretion. Customers are expected and responsible for referring to all and any specific or relevant information about the product, all information can be found on Edtedp.com. Edtedp.com will not be held responsible for any damages incurred to property or for any adverse physical effects (including but not limited to injury or bodily harm).

Edtedp.com recommends testing a small amount of fragrance on one’s skin to check for allergic reactions or skin irritations prior to full use. As the ordinary or otherwise use(s) of any products offered on Edtedp.com is outside the control of Edtedp.com, no representation or warranty, expressed or implied is made as to the effect(s) of such use(s) (including damage or injury), or the results obtained.

Edtedp.com will not be held responsible for any damages sustained resulting from use of or reliance upon any information found on Edtept.com. Edtedp.com will not be held responsible for any statements made in customer reviews, nor when products are misused. The individual using the product is entirely responsible for following all laws and regulations applying to the use of these products, including the intellectual property rights of third parties.

The declarations and product descriptions offered on Edtedp.com are strictly for information purposes only. The data in this document has been obtained from current and reliable sources however makes no representation as to its comprehensiveness or accuracy. Nothing contained herein should be considered as a recommendation by Edtedp.com as to the condition for any use.

Edtedp.com is only liable for the value of the goods purchased and does not include any consequential loss. Edtedp.com will not be deemed liable for any errors or delays regarding an order, or for any actions taken in reliance thereupon.

Users may only have one customer account per person. Signing up multiple customer accounts using different email addresses to take advantage of offers or coupons is not permitted, and all accounts/orders associated will be cancelled.

You are solely responsible for all use of “Your account” including but not limited to, the security of Your login identification. You should not transfer or permit any other person to use Your account for Edtedp.com services.

Edtedp.com only sells genuine niche and designer fragrances, absolutely no imitation, knockoffs, or counterfeit products. Edtedp.com does not have a contract or agreement with either party authorizing the repackaging of their goods.Edtedp.com does not have any association with the designer or the fragrance manufacturer.

You agree to preserve, indemnify, and hold Edtedp.com, its parent company, employees, directors, subsidiaries, suppliers, successors, affiliates and/or any respective officers, and/or agents, harmless from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and/or costs (including but not limited to; reasonable attorney’s fees and/or court costs) arising out of or relating to a breach of any term or condition or use (by you or a third party) of Edtedp.com services, except in any such claim that directly results from Edtedp.com negligence. Prior payment obligation will continue past any termination of these Terms & Conditions or of any Edtedp.com services provided to you.

You acknowledge and agree to the services provided to you by Edtedp.com “as is” and/or “as available” without any obligation to provide any warranty of any kind including but not limited to; performance, functionality, quality, or fragrance or Edtedp.com services. You acknowledge and agree that Edtedp.com offers its best quality and accuracy of any information available using Edtedp.com services and that we cannot guarantee all services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Edtedp.com relinquishes all guarantees and/or warranties (both direct and indirect) including but not limited to; Implied Warranty or any warranty of title, fit for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

By no means shall Edtedp.com be held legally responsible under any segment of the Terms & Conditions. Under no condition(s) will Edtedp.com be held liable under contract, negligence, strict inability or any other legal or equitable theory for any indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages (including but not limited to; Loss of proceeds, loss of information or data, loss of use, or loss of opportunity or business goodwill) whether Edtedp.com has been advised of the procurement of substitute goods, services, or technology. In no event shall the liability incurred by Edtedp.com to you exceed one hundred dollars USD ($100.00 USD).

No legal action evolving out of these Terms & Conditions may be brought by you or Edtedp.com over 1 year (365 Days) after the cause of action has accrued

Entire Agreement: You acknowledge and agree that You have read these Terms and Conditions, the License Agreement and the Guidelines and understand their terms. Edtedp.com, Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to; the License Agreement, the Guidelines, the terms of which are herewith incorporated by reference) together constitute the sole agreement between Edtedp.com and You respecting the subject matter hereof and fully supersede all other agreements (whether oral or written).

Legal Actions: This Agreement and its legitimacy, structure and performance shall be governed in all regards by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive jurisdiction and location for all matters related to this Agreement shall be in the state of Florida, and the parties hereby agree and consent to such jurisdiction and location.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to affect the original intentions of the parties, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Any failure of Edtedp.com to impose any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any rights under such provision or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Both You and Edtedp.com agree that each may only bring forth claims against one another in your or in its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any alleged class or representative proceeding. Furthermore, unless both You and Edtedp.com agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not combine or consolidate more than one person’s claim with your claim(s) and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. The arbitrator may grant declaratory or injunctive support only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to offer the aid warranted by that party’s individual claim.
